Privacy policy

Version 1.1, 16 October 2026.

This policy explains what happens to your data when you send a request through our site. It is written in plain language: if anything is unclear, ask us — contacts are at the end.

1. Who processes your data

This site belongs to the official HUAWEI branch in the Republic of Uzbekistan — BRAND MALL LLC (registered address: 25 Feruza (Kodirova) Street, apt. 62, Mirzo Ulugbek District, Tashkent; taxpayer ID 308856882) ("we"). We are the owner and the operator of the personal data base within the meaning of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019.

2. What data we collect

You enter yourself:

• your name — so that the manager knows how to address you;
• your phone number — so that we can call you back;
• the model you are interested in, or a short comment — optional.

Recorded automatically together with the request:

• the site language you used — so that we call you back in the same one;
• the address of the page the request was sent from, and the colour and storage size you selected, if you selected any;
• browser information (the User-Agent string);
• the date and time of your consent and the version number of this policy;
• a hash of your IP address — an irreversible transformation from which the address itself cannot be recovered. It lets us tell automated submissions from real people. We do not store the IP address itself.

We do not collect: payment details, passport or other documents, biometric or genetic data, precise location, or data on health, ethnicity, religion or political views. The site has no registration, no user account and no payments.

3. Why we collect it

• to contact you about your request and advise you on the model you asked about;
• to be able to confirm, if needed, that consent was given — which is why we store the consent date and the policy version;
• to protect the form from automated submissions — which is what the address hash is for.

We do not use your data for marketing campaigns, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Our legal basis

The basis is your consent (Article 21 of Law No. ZRU-547). You give it by a deliberate action: ticking a separate checkbox under the request form, next to a link to this policy. Without that tick the form is not submitted. The consent covers only the purposes listed in section 3.

5. Who we share data with

A notification about a new request reaches the branch manager in the Telegram messenger. Your name, phone number, the model you are interested in and the page address are sent there. Telegram's servers are located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan, so this is a cross-border transfer.

The site and the request database are hosted with a hosting provider on servers located in the French Republic, so storing the data is also a cross-border transfer. France is included in the list of foreign states that ensure adequate protection of personal data, approved by Resolution No. 415 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 29 July 2026.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law directly requires it — for example, on a reasoned request from an authorised state body.

6. How long we keep data

A request is kept for 12 months from the day it was sent. After that, the name, phone number, comment, browser information and address hash are erased automatically. What remains is an anonymised record — date, model, language — from which no person can be identified; it is used only for demand statistics.

If you withdraw your consent earlier, the data is deleted or anonymised within seven working days of your request.

7. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies only:

• the interface language you chose;
• a note that you have already seen the cookie notice;
• a technical value protecting the form from being submitted from another site;
• a one-off service value used to show you the result of your submission.

There are no analytics or advertising cookies, visitor counters or third-party trackers on the site. If any appear, we will update this policy and ask for your consent separately.

8. How we protect data

• the site runs over HTTPS — what you type into the form is transmitted encrypted;
• only staff with the "manager" and "administrator" roles can see requests, and they sign in with a personal password;
• names and phone numbers are masked in service logs: "A***" and "+998 90 *** ** 67";
• the IP address is not stored — only its irreversible hash.

9. Your rights

Under Article 30 of Law No. ZRU-547 you have the right to:

• know whether we process your data, and which data exactly;
• demand that inaccurate data be corrected;
• demand that your data be blocked or destroyed;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason;
• appeal against our actions to the authorised state body for personal data protection, or to a court.

10. How to withdraw consent or have data deleted

Call +998 99 934 71 78 and say that you want your request deleted. No special form is needed — just give the phone number you left, and we will find the request by it. We will reply within seven working days.

11. Minors

The request form is not intended for people under eighteen. If you are under eighteen, send a request only with the consent of a parent or another legal guardian.

12. Changes to this policy

Every version of this policy has a number and a date. When we change it, we publish the new version on this page and give it the next number. The consent you gave earlier stays tied to the version that was in force when you sent the request: its number is stored together with the request, so we can always show exactly what you agreed to.
